Establishing our governance – March 2020

In March we were advised that Inspiring Housing Community Land Trust has successfully been registered as a Community Land Trust – this will now enable us to complete an application to become a Registered Social Landlord which will manage our homes.
Alongside the development of our business plan and governance we have been working closely with Salford City Council and Broughton Trust to identify sites for development and create initial plans.
Over the next five years we expect to have created at least 30 homes for local residents of Salford.
